Apple run then some trails.

We did a 15 minute warm-up then 5 minutes at tempo pace then 1 minute back down and so on for 25 minutes

Then a 10 minute cool down.

Then we got in coach rowe's pool and ate cake for coach's birthday :)...sorry for the pointless info haha
