Comments:
roads were not that great, slipped around quite a bit and the time shows it but there was a definate effort.

drills in veale, warm up, and 3*10 minute tempo pace with 2 minutes between. ran with ben pretty much the whole time. cool down back to campus, to the end of adelbert and back through quad.

4*400 meters on the track, coach wanted around 80, split 81, 76, 76, 73. smooth.

short cooldown after because my hip was pulling a lot.
