Got a good 5 inches more snow all overnight. Just popped down. I was first one out on the street and it looked so peaceful. Some people were out shoveling as I walked in, but the road crews definitely were not out. Streets looked like shit. Vancouver does not know how to get on that ASAP, they just let the salt and traffic wear the snow away. Glad I didnt have to drive in. Walk was tough lots of trudging through shin deep snow on paths not yet forged. It had a serenity to it though, which I guess I need some of at this point. Didnt stick around too long in lab today. Roads still shit at end of the day, not too bad for me to run on though. Glad we got some good coverage this holiday, its about the only thing that feels normal these days.
