Comments:
I thought more snow/rain was supposed to roll in last night. Couldn't really tell, but the snow on the ground has changed from fluffy powder to dense crystal pack, good for snow balls. That means its probably starting the slush up and melt. I wanted to stick to sidewalks today because they are mostly clear. Roads are backed down but still unstable. Ran straight down 16th into the park then popped out on King Edward. Took a little detour over to Arbutus and 33rd looking for a pee spot at the school. No good... and church is too risky on Sundays. Pace slowed down on the hills of 33rd, it was tough going and I was feeling the distance today. Was way more layered than I needed to be also.

Essentials: Stretch

Feel sore when I got back. Stretching was good but legs still kinda beat from adjustment. Left arch was also sore this morning but felt just fine while running.
