Comments:
So sleepy today I woke up kinda late. Out and about in the morning on the bike got me flowing but then I chilled afternoon watching football. Took me a while to get out the door. Started out pretty slow, feeling sluggish from Tims no doubt. Once I got onto 41st had a little groove, came back on Larch to 31st. I broke my own rule and went with pants, not necessary but I thought I might need it cause sun was going down and clouded. Felt much better on the back half and glad I got out after stashing it up last night.
Essentials: Stretch
Still felt sluggish after I got back, realized I didnt hydrate at all today, just drank coffee. Need to put good thangs in to get good out. Shake it out and get those miles in any way you can.
