Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So I was gonna go for 10 min, but my foot started to get sore. As soon as I stopped running the pain went away. If I hadn't had a stress fracture there I wouldn't have stopped normally, it didn't hurt that much, but i wanted to be safe. I felt around my foot after and the tenderness I've had for a while is pretty much gone. It's weird, I expected it to be more sore. I think the soreness I felt was probably just stiffness that I misread. It's still a little tender, but it's almost perfect now. It just didn't seem to like running today. I might try again tomorrow and we'll see how that feels.
