30 sec warmup, 1 mi run, 30 sec cooldown. Iced last night for first time in awhile, so that was clutch. Felt fine knee-wise, still super careful though. Stretched fully afterward. 1.5 tmrw, 1 on Saturday, and that’ll be 9 for the week.
