Chilly as all hell, but a great end to a great week of running. 30 sec warmup, 1 mi run, 1:30 cooldown. Stretched some after. Looking to hit 10-11 this week, with some guidance from the ortho on Monday as to how to best tackle this lingering knee thing. Found a system for icing yesterday which I will continue to use for the near future.
