Comments:
Today was all set to be my first MRun practice, but no one was at the CCRB when I showed up, so after waiting some time, well after 4:15, I decided to just go out myself into the woods. Felt great to get back on the trails. Got lost in parts, had to stop and stretch, etc. Was a little on the slower side but I was just happy for a change of scenery. Super sore once I got back, but I stretched a bunch and I think that should take care of it. My hope is to pull up to the practice on Friday and join them for a 3-miler.
