Comments:
Getting bored with the treadmill. Haven't had a solid straight through run for a while. Walked incline on this one for .5 miles after the first two miles. Heavy stomach, weak legs, breathing hard. I can hardly believe I did 4 miles in under 30 minutes last week. At least no knee pain.
