Chill out and back up through Kerrytown and beyond. Kind of sore today, but felt pretty solid nonetheless. Some stretching afterward, but was in a rush to get to class on time so I had to cut it short.
1st round of Michigan PT this morning. I had low expectations from the outset, but I was really, really pleasantly surprised. PT was a runner herself, so she's seen this a million times and knows exactly whats up. Lot of anatomical imbalances (lower back, glutes, hips, and calves). I was given a boatload of exercises to get through and I will start doing those. As far as a timeline, its unclear still, but I'll stick to the given program and take it from there. I was also advised to not raise mileage more than 10% a week, which is roughly what I'm doing now, but to also beware of cycling in hills and speed (the latter of which I'm a ways away from doing).
