Comments:
Pretty standard fare. Did some new exercises beforehand and I gotta say they made the difference. I'll keep those up. Out Hill , turning onto Geddes and turning around after some time. I need to craft some loops this weekend to get out of the out-n-back habit. Stretched fully afterward, will ice for awhile later.
