Comments:
Did a hybrid leg day. Yogurt and granola before hand. I wanted to focus on escalating reps. Generally, the pattern I did was 10, 8, 6, 6 or 4 reps for each set.
4 Sets of Leg Extensions (50 75 90 100)
4 Sets of Leg Press (120 130 150 170)
4x10 Dumbbell Rows (20s)
4x15 Tricep Pulldowns (45 45 45 60)
Did a fast mile on the treadmill afterwards. Back still a little sore from earlier in the week
