Did an abbreviated workout this evening with the girls.. 2 mile warmup.. 2 x 800 meters fast
1 x 300 meters... 1 x 600 meters.. 1.5 miles back to school.. still alot of slick spots on the greenbelt which prohibited us from doing our planned workout, but we still got some decent speed training in using veach rd.
i lifted for 15 minutes after practice
