warmed up outside.
5*3 minutes HARD (as coach put it) on the indoor track with 3 minutes rest between.
did these with grese, tenley, and ben.
felt really good overall but my legs were kind of tired from the circuit yesterday and they are pretty shot right now. stairs are not fun.
static 3, ibis, pushups after.
