I think it was nice and sunny out, but I "wasted" most of the day sitting on my ass inside. I was just burnt from the week, as usual. Went for a shake out today, just kept the pace easy and the surface soft. Caught the tail end of the sunlight, sun is still pretty low in the sky these days. Going downhill on the trails all the way to SW Marine was a nice ride, just rolled with it. Came back up Wallace and that was a climb. Legs did not feel particularly quick today, kinda just slogging along but the fresh air was nice I can tell spring is coming. Reminds me of outdoor season starting up, and spring break...

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched and then got distracted by reddit when I got back. Need to shake out a little bit more legs still feel heavy. Ankles and calves fine though those were tight last week.
