Comments:
Weather was garbo but still a solid run. Stretched fully after. Tried new taping method that PT taught me (straight across kneecap, instead of bottom to top on the outside). Felt super slow today, as past few runs have been a lil quick but I know tomorrow will be nice and slow and Saturday will be short. Will ice later today as a continuous precaution.
