Weather: 85 degrees- Very hot and humid.

Comments:
Felt good. Despite the heat and humidity I felt nice and relaxed untill the last mile I cranked out a 5:30. I think the last mile is a little short though. As of now I dont think im doing a core workout tomorrow. My lower stomach wall hurts. One week im either missing a lifting session because my shoulder or elbow and then the next week im missing a core workout because of my core hurting. I think I should just minimize my lifting and core to twice a week instead of three times a week.
