On treadmill
10 x 400 meters at 2 minutes per quarter mile
last two, bumped the speed up to 7:30 minute mile and elevation of 2, then 5. Only tired after pushing it hard on the 10th repeat. Overall didn't think the work out was very hard. Liked it better than long runs.
