Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Not very productive today. But I did get out for a good run it was nice and sunny and most of the snow from yesterday melted away. I thought I would test my luck up on the trails in Giles. It was pretty slippery and muddy but I made it through and kept a nice even pace up and through campus. It was bumping at the end of the day, very heartwarming. Came down Cascadilla and Albany. Legs were kinda swamped today. Lots of time walking around and in the car, taking a while to get my legs back under me.
Essentials: Stretch
OK stretch when I got back I dont think that will help my legs as much as just getting some more mileage in and moving them around. Got to get a groove going again.
