I just figured out where my continuous blunder has been: I need to turn right onto Revena instead of left. Lesson learned! Stretched fully after, did a decent warmup before but I'm looking to spice things up when the new roller comes sometime this week; lots of good core stuff I can do with that. Excited to continue to build this week, goal is 22-3, and I'm also looking to do similar mileage each day instead of having the big variety just to see how my body reacts.
