Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Another lazy day but it goes by fast when you dont do shit. It started to warm up and the snow started to melt as the sun came out and the day went on. It gets dark late now, respect. Wanted to run out to South Hill Recway but quickly realized that that was slush city, so I cut down to Giles, which wasn't much better. Climbed up the hill for a shortcut then would through Belle Sherman and came back on Stewart and down Gun Hill. Felt pretty good actually, the temp was just right, and I was worthwhile getting some fresh air after being surprisingly inactive today.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick stretch when I got back. Not feeling too sore or anything. Haven't run on Monday is a long long time but Im not on a regular schedule right now so its what ever. Ankle feels back to normal now.
