Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Fit in a mid afternoon run. Stomach was kinda sloshy and I went slow. Hills were good and it was nice to get legs moving, but didnt feel particularly fit or fast today. Some sleet and rain mixed in too it was kinda nasty.
Essentials: Stretch
Had a little bit more time to stretch better today. Not too sore, ITs feel tight right after but overall legs bouncing back well from the time off.
