Weather: hace sol y calor
Comments:
(2x400,2x200) x 3 at 68 and 34 with full jogging rest, usually between 3 and 5 minutes. felt good to move quickly and did the second half with a friend who plays rugby and has great speed. legs felt tired afterward but it was a good feeling.
