Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Rainy, dreary, stormy, and a little chilly this morning. Still saw decent number of runner folks out. Ran down 16th, into the wind. Felt much better and more complete today. Turned up Granville to King Edward then came back though Arbutus Village and around Balaclava Park. Pace might have dropped off a little bit but I had the wind to my back on the return and I really needed that. First time I pushed the distance in a while. I wish I have more opportunities at home to fit in better long runs, I took it short most days but that hurt my endurance ability. Felt like its gonna take a while to build it back up.

Essentials: Stretch

I was really hungry when I returned so I scarfed down some snacks. Then did an easy stretch, legs not as tired as I thought for 7 miles.
