Comments:
I was really dreading this run because I knew it would be aweful. I was still beat up from the last four days, my ankle was hurting, I felt tired at work, and I hadn't eaten all day. Once I started running, things were different. My ankle did not bother me during the run and I had more energy than I thought. I managed to mentally distract myself with a hodgepodge of various things so that I did not destroy the run mentally. Soon enough I was done.
