Comments:
Extended on Washtenaw to start, in order to get mileage up. Needless to say, as I continue to increase mileage over the next few weeks I need to acquire some new routes. Did a decent warmup before, back of left leg soreness was pretty much gone but my back feels out of sorts for some reason. Stretched well after. Will roll a bunch later.
