Off Day: Bike

In for a grind date in the lab. Its back to it after a very well needed mental break this weekend. I think it helped me put things in perspective, thing about what's going on. Foot is also feeling much better. We walked almost 10 miles on Friday, so that's encouraging. I didnt even leave 6th floor today so Im getting my rest thats for sure. Low energy at the end of the day but had a nice little bike back.
