Weather: 40s slushy

Comments:
Sidewalks weren't too bad. I was slipping just a little sometimes... but going downhill was a little more dangerous. I felt that we had an ambitious start to the workout, but we were consistent for the most part and even picked it up at the end. I felt pretty good and I was spent by the last interval.
