Comments:
12*400 on mayfield hill.
splits were 85, 88, 90, 89, 87, 89, 88, 88, 86, 88, 88, 84.
400m recovery back down the hill.
really good workout for me overall. didn't always feel the best and i definately don't feel to great now but i feel accomplished and i know today helped me. hamstrings really started to tighten up toward the end but it's not much of a worry.
short cooldown because i had to use the bathroom.
