SILVERTON SUMMER, DAY 1: out 2 and back through town

Comments:
Was SUPER-hungover from breakfast yesterday. That, and/or just really depressed. Either way:

• spent WAY too much time on my phone in the AM
• didn't get out 'til nearly 11am
• had zero energy (mostly mental) the rest of the day!

Ironically, the run felt pretty decent!

KEY STRIDE CUE: "fire cracker"!

Doing so - getting lower, into the hinge - makes high heel recovery way easier! Then, also worked on pawback to get the heel-first landing under my body.

Ran out 2 to the "mini-commercial area", then back into town into a headwind.

Felt not bad! Soon I'll run all the way to Cunningham :-)
