Night flight from Kona somehow bled into today. I cant really tell if I slept at all on the flight to SFO. It went by quickly but I was not comfortable or felt asleep at all. I was pretty tired getting into the terminal but I did not need to race through this time, had a 3 hr layover so I just chilled... Made it back to YVR fine. Flight out was really cool we looped over Stanford on the way in and this time going out we went right over Berkeley. I could see everything. Really cool. Fell asleep then woke up as we were right over Crater Lake in Oregon. I could see it perfectly since it was so clear out. I was worried that YVR would be super crowded but I got out in like 10 minutes. Most of my plane was old people going to a cruise or something and they didnt know what they were doing so I just raced ahead and got out. I was soooo burnt when I finally got home. Jet lag hit me and now I need to recalibrate and get some mileage in. Its been several weeks now no training and I think I am ready to get back into it. The break of vacation was so great but riding Skytrain I felt snapped back into the work life reality. Weird feeling but that means its time to get back to work.
