Kendall Mtn (partial) up-down

Comments:
Got out for some Kendall vertical today. The ankles are feeling much better, AND, with WS Camp just around the corner, I need to try some!

Beautiful morning. Easy jog (exactly a mile) to the base, then a nice uphill grade (5-10%) that, at a low elevation, would be runnable. Here? I hiked nearly the whole thing.

Stopped at 2.5 at a plateau, peed, then headed down.

Felt GOOD! Very little ankle issues. And pretty good the rest of the day.

Rest of the day:
• very little work
• completed the house clean-up, including the bedroom and kitchen reorganization.
• wanted to go to Durango, but didn't want to take the time

PM: did body weight strength (tired)

Also: I feel some sort of illness coming on? A wee bit of sore throat and some upper lung congestion? Is it altitude? I've been here that sweet spot of time (like 5 days for shit to feel its worst)

Practiced trumpet again tonight. Studied for Cal-Law (or tried).
