Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First run back in pretty much 1 month. I could tell recently my mental state was needing some recharge on the streets. Feet feel good recently too. I got up really early this morning for some meetings and got into lab late. I walked in and got my legs moving. Still trying to figure out my purpose and path, so by afternoon I was both sleepy and lacked focus. Came back and had some nice weather and sunlight for a run. Ran down Crown into Kits, then went along 6th to Macdonald and then came back on 20th. Nice little loop, really I was just looking for a leg shake out and the get my groove back on. It was a little clunky, but a great feeling to get out there.
Essentials: Stretch
Had to stretch it out hard core when I got back legs were feeling it. Couple that with just being tired and overall it felt refreshing, like I accomplished something. Take it step at a time but looking forward to getting back in shape.
