Comments:
Got my run in early today. It was nice and sunny out for sure. Ran down to 41st over to Larch then back on 33rd. Lots of sidewalks, wasn't too sore from yesterday but legs just dont have a quick pep in them right now. Building up the miles is what I need now.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched inside when I got back. I was hungry and wanted lunch too. Feeling much better than last week coming back into the mileage. Ill take this weather as well, dodging the rain pretty well so far.
