Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I got all my errands and run in early today in anticipation of the soccer match between Canada and Panama in the afternoon. It was rainy and humid this morning. Ran down Blanca first then came back on Salish Trail and 12th. Felt weak out on there like I didnt eat and drink enough in the morning or ran too close to lunch time. Therefore, just took it easy today and didnt push it at all. I managed but didnt feel that contained and complete. Mostly looking forward to lunch the whole time.
Essentials: Stretch
Got back and stretched inside and refueled. Ate a lot and had time to chill and digest before the game, but as I was chilling saw that they had canceled it, just a few hours before start. Bummer, especially for fans traveling from far away. Glad I checked and was paying attention. Anyways legs feel pretty sore from past few days. Focused on getting my long run mileage back up while carrying along the quality miles on the other days.
