Comments:
Slept until 6:45, didn't do any warm-up, and was out the door to run before 7:10!

Surprisingly not that stiff. ****The low back/midback posture issue*** is super relevant: focusing on that yesterday made today's ankles better.

That means: back stiffness post-run will be a metric for:

• run efficiency
• a forecast for ankle stiffness, tomorrow!
