Elliptical "Tempo"

Comments:
I met Drew to elliptical together, so the two of us did. I decided 15 minutes in to make the middle 30 minutes a "tempo" where I increased the resistance and went faster, maintaining a heart rate around 185. I did the last 15 minutes as a cooldown. I'm glad I had Drew there to help me through it, because it would have seemed futile alone. I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with the Cleveland Clinic trying to get my MRI results, finding out I need to wait until Monday.
