There is no better way to start track than with a nice hill workout on Mayfield. 2 mile warmup. 12 x 400. first four were under 100s, the next four were not as good staying between 100 and 104s. Managed to finish the workout strong with the last four being under 100s and running the last one in 91s. 2 mile cool down.
