Took me a while to get out onto the streets. It was overcast and a little chilly today actually. Rand down to 17th then came up Trafalgar and hugged Quesnel back. Wasn't sure how long I was gonna go, wish I could have fit in more. Tired from this week for sure really put in some hustle in the lab this week. Its just starting to feel like summer but the lab grind is another story. Felt a little chunky from the BBQ last night but overall I worked some of that out.

Essentials: Stretch

OK stretch when I got back, feeling tight for sure. Would love to get the long mileage up now that I am back in a groove. Also dont want to keep too much of the sluggishness that can accumulate in the summer.
