Got to catch up on sleep, tired from this week. Bright beautiful sunny Canada Day today. Got out before noon and before it started to get to hot. There was a really nice breeze around town though which was really nice. Ran down to MacDonald and Trafalgar then up to Pt Grey and came back along Jericho and WPGA. I had to pick it up down at the beach because it was so crowded and I needed to wind around people on the path, didnt want to get passed or anything. That was a good call because I was feeling rather sluggish, hard to get a good groove going. Coming back up the hill was tough too.
Essentials: Stretch
Came inside to cool down and rehydrate. Legs feel beat down but it feels good to get out and get some sun. Long weekend coming at a good time for sure this summer is a real grind for me, need to be careful with the recharges and keep up on my mileage.
