Good morning run, after a thorough morning mobility (yoga, foam roll, nerve stretching) routine.

I started Sam Harris' "Waking Up" meditation app this week. Listened to some gems while doing that. I mostly meditate in the PM, before bed (though it's hard when I'm really tired!)

Thought the ankles would be stiff, but they weren't bad!
