Comments:
Got out on the early side this morning for run. Wouldn't really call it a long run. I was still groggy even though I went to bed early and slept in. Kinda sore from yesterday but felt much quicker and faster so that's good. It was rainy for sure, not a downpour but enough I went for a rain coat. It got drenched quickly with the humidity and the sweat. Ran down 16th to the greenway then back 41st a little bit before winding back by Balaclava. A few folks out but could tell rain was keeping people inside for sure.

Got inside to dry off quickly. Legs feel tired now, put a good bit of mileage on them hope this helps boost my fitness and energy levels during the week. Definitely good to see endurance building and feeling comfortable with this daily mileage, considering I didnt run much in May.
