Got this in early. There was a lot of ruckus going on upstairs last nigth took me a while to fall asleep so I was tired this morning. Also dont think legs fully recovered from long mileage yesterday. They felt heavy and sluggish. Ran down to 33rd all the way to greenway, then came back on 16th. Sections in sun were tough but overall it a nice chill breeze. Coming up hill was tough but I pushed it through. Just took grit today. Not too hilly which was nice compared to yesterday. Actually went a little bit further than 6 but I been rounding up a lot lately so lets reset a little bit.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched a little bit outside then got in to cool down. Need to rehydrate as well could tell as soon as I stepped outside I was depleted a little bit. In run today, was thinking about how my monthly mileage used to be weekly and I needed new shoes every other month basically. Ive been riding these Mizunos for a while now and they look in good shape. Leg strength seems to be lacking for me these days, while cardio and fitness is surprisingly good.
