Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Up at 3:25 for the flight to Eugene. Good productivity in my long layover in Denver, then smooth sailing to Montrose.
Good lift at Gold's:
* (pretty light) deadlift
* cable push-pulls (working posture)
* abs (leg lifts)
* single leg extension press machine (cool new one)
No run. Lots of general stiffness, but ankles are *decent*.
