Comments:
Decided to do some speed! Saw a post on Twitter that basically read (from a non-runner): "Everyone should sprint 200m with 3:00 rest, four times, every week".
Damn right!
So I did.
And they felt decent! A little rust but:
38, 39, 37, 36.
Not bad for ZERO speed, on a paveed track, at 9300'!
Rounded out with the rest of TdS.
