Body Weight Strength

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
After work, rested a bit then did a good round of strength, similar to Monday:

* push-ups
* split squats
* wall handstand push-ups
* single leg RDLs
* band pull-aparts

Then, got together with Sam Jurek, my old UWL "teammate" and 2011 WSER pacer! I haven't seen him since two weeks BEFORE Callie and I began dating! TNF-SF 2014!!

Had great chats around the fire. Filled each other in on life (he is unmarried, but has a 5 yo with a previous relationship; I gushed unapologetically about Jules).

Really great night. Missed that guy.
