Just a short recovery run from yesterday. Not running Sunday since it has been three weeks without a day off and I feel like a day off would do a lot of good for me. Ran this morning so it would feel like I had two days off since I was running short today too.

I didn't even really feel sore, I was surprised. Thought I was going to be quicker though but oh well, pretty close. Just wanted to do whatever I needed for 80 for the week, the shorter the better.
