Comments:
I was really hungry this morning, and I had a lot to do so I just got ready and walked in. Thought I could swing an afternoon run, but I was so gased after today. Been pushing and grinding really hard last few weeks and now I can feel it catching up. Its a push to a break for sure, but still not great I need to get better balance cause today I was just drained. Also it rained during the day but I dont mind running in that.
