Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Packed up and drove to Montrose. Lifted at Gold's:
* squats (SUPER-sore glutes - interesting)
* bicep/OH press
* DB bench press (40-50lb)
* hamstring curl / "roman chair"
* abs (leg lifts/diags)
Rest of the day:
* met Garrett at Natty
* drove to Telluride to connect with one of my ailing HR100 clients (Meghan Hicks - rib issue!). Missed her.
* drove to Ouray and were there until about 8pm. EPIC downpour rain
* Garrett fixed Meghan's elevated rib 4-5 on the right, which was key
* back to Silverton at sundown
